Our company warranty only applies within the stated warranty period with the affected flooring area greater than one square per centimetre on each individual panel. Original proof of purchased along with date of purchased is required to make a claim. The company reserves the right to inspect defective products by authorized personnel prior to recognizing any claims. The company shall replace only defective floorboards at no charge; any other related materials and installation costs are excluded in the warranty.
